Great location, central to bars and restaurants. Very friendly and supportive staff. Comfortable and clean rooms with a large and comfortable bed. Stable and fast WiFi.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to check in early, convenient as a business traveler. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the central station and surrounded by museums, bars, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and as expected, with nice amenities like a Nespresso machine and complimentary water. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The reliable WiFi was an added bonus.

If you prefer to sleep with the window open, make sure to request a room to the rear of the hotel to avoid the noise from the cobblestone street. the sofa in my room was in need of replacement.

Accommodating staff, silent room, in general I appreciated this contemporary hotel. Boxed breakfasts with champagne was fantastic.

Conveniently located near a popular plaza filled with chocolate shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options and an enjoyable make-your-own waffle station. Room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely courtyard view. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh coffee and tea provided daily.

Good-sized and ideal hotel, I appreciated the location and staff. Everything was great and within 18 minutes' drive of Zaventem airport.

We stayed at a hotel situated on a lovely square on a hill, in a great area of the city center. The room was clean and somewhat spacious, but lacked any view or amenities. Breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing spectacular. The front desk staff was reasonably helpful.

The check-in process was a bit protracted and cumbersome.

The boxed breakfast option was outstanding! The hotel was hip new and in a very central location adjacent to the city center, the Old Town.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, fairly clean, has very good location and staff. The rooms are bright with all facilities and the overall experience is such great.

The hotel was pretty standard, I appreciated the consistently courteous staff and perfect breakfasts. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, a mini bar fridge and a writing desk.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The location is great, as it is in a fantastic neighborhood close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance were all top notch. The room amenities were more than I could have asked for, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, even helping me find a store that sold tampons. I felt like a VIP here!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel had everything we could want in a stay. The location was amazing, with everything we wanted to see in this city within walking distance. We were especially thrilled with how close we were to the patisseries. The hotel facilities were great and made our stay comfortable and convenient, such as the spacious and clean rooms and large bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

Convenient location just a few minutes walk from the city center and train station, excellent room and service with comfortable bed, and perfect breakfast. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. we recommend this hotel.
